Privacy

A question, if you choose to type one. That is the only content you enter. There is no name, no email, no date of birth, and no account.

If you buy a reading and ask us to email it to you, we store that email address for the sole purpose of sending you that reading and any receipt required by law.

Your question is used to generate the reading and is stored alongside it so the link keeps working. It is not published, sold, shared with advertisers, or attached to your identity.

Readings are addressed by a random identifier in the URL. Anyone with the link can open it, which is why we recommend not putting a person’s full name in a question.

Card details never touch our servers. Payments are processed by our payment provider, who is PCI-DSS compliant and handles the transaction end to end. We receive a confirmation that a payment succeeded, plus the email address you gave them.

We use privacy-respecting analytics to count page views and understand which pages people read. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not build profiles.

The only cookies set are for your theme preference (light or dark) and, if you are in the EU or UK, a record of your consent choice.

You can ask us to delete a reading and any email address attached to it, and we will do so. Write to the address at the bottom of this page with the link to the reading.

If you are in the EU, UK, or California, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to processing. We honour those requests regardless of where you live.

This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
